Amendment to 2: Youth and Small Entrepreneurs Self-Employment Fund (Operation) Regulations, 2065 (hereinafter referred to as the “Original Regulations”) The following clauses (g) and (h) are added after clause (f) of rule 2:- "(g) "Vice President" means rule 8A. The vice president of the fund appointed by the Government of Nepal shall be deemed to be,
(h) “Executive Director” means the Executive Director as per Rule 23.”
